Tom began his career in international sport, representing Great Britain from Junior through Senior levels in Tournament Waterskiing. Before retiring from competition, he completed a degree in Sports Science to enhance his training and prepare for a future career in the field. Recognising the growing demand for professional sports injury services in the UK, Tom pursued a degree in Physiotherapy at Guy’s Hospital.
With over 30 years of experience treating elite athletes, Tom specialises in accelerative recovery programmes designed not only for professional and recreational sportspeople but also for individuals recovering from hip or knee replacement surgery. His focus is on maximising each patients rehabilitation potential and promoting optimal recovery outcomes.

Post-surgical rehabilitation is one of Tom’s key areas of interest. He works closely with many orthopaedic surgeons to help patients achieve the maximum benefit from their procedures and, where possible, return to their chosen sports or recreational activities.
Since 1999, Tom has served as the British Waterski Team Physiotherapist and Sports Science Service Provider, travelling annually to European and World Championships. He also works with a range of professional wakeboarders and stunt performers, providing expert support to help them perform at their best.

Tom is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in elite sport and performance medicine. Between 1998 and 2006, he worked as a Specialist Physiotherapist Consultant for Wimbledon FC, providing expert treatment, rehabilitation, and injury prevention support to professional football players.
His expertise extends beyond football — Tom has delivered Sports Science services for the Arrow Formula 1 Team, worked as a Physiotherapist for UK Athletics (travelling with the Heptathlon team), and provided physiotherapy cover for the English Institute of Sport. He has also been the personal physiotherapist to professional tennis player Wayne Ferreira, supporting him throughout the international tennis circuit.
Drawing on this diverse experience across multiple sports, Tom combines clinical precision with sports science, biomechanics, and physiological insight to achieve outstanding results. He has a proven track record in diagnosing, treating, and managing injuries from a wide range of sports and recreational activities.
Tom applies the same high-performance principles used with elite athletes to help every client recover efficiently, move better, and reach their full potential — whether returning to sport, work, or daily life.
