Isokinetic Testing
Muscle performance testing is an ideal way to gauge your progress following injury or surgery and can help in setting targets and recovery goals.
Testing takes place using our Kin-Com isokinetic unit. We will test your muscles both 'pushing' and 'resisting' - concentric/eccentric work.
Results are analysed and your overall power, power to weight and work load are all recorded. Returning to activity and sport requires targets to be met and isokinetic testing is just one measure that we can help with.
