We are recognised by all the major UK based insurance companies and are happy to deal with them direct on your behalf, for physiotherapy only. You will need to pre authroise with them before commencing treatment. You will need to bring both your policy number and authorsiation number with you to your first appointment. If you are claiming through Nuffield Health or Healthcare RM you will not be provided with numbers as these are sent direct to the clinic.
You will need to arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment as there are a few extra forms to fill in before you are seen.
Please note that you will be liable for any excess on your policy and for any shortfall on payments from your insurer due to cover/policy/benefits limits.
Please let reception know you are intending to claim through medical insurance when making your booking as in some cases this will affect the length of your appointment.
