Richard qualified with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from St George's Hospital Medical School in 2002.
He worked in the NHS for 7 years specialising in adult and paediatric musculoskeletal injuries and orthopaedic surgeries. Before he left the NHS he was leading a team of physiotherapists in a hospital-based rehabilitation gym and working as an Extended Scope Practitioner triaging and managing serious spinal pathologies.
