Olivia Cogliatti MCSP HCPC Chartered Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Olivia graduated from King’s College London in 2010 and has worked solely in private practice for the past nine years including experience at Crystal Palace and London’s Harley Street. She has used her manual therapy, electrotherapy, and acupuncture skills to rehabilitate a range of injuries. Alongside her clinical work, she was involved with a London based Rugby Club for four seasons, in which she enjoyed treating acute injuries pitch side, as well as helping players back to fitness.
Since qualifying as an instructor through the highly acclaimed Australian Physio Pilates Institute (APPI) almost ten years ago, Olivia has specialised in 1-1 and group Pilates. She has taught Pilates concepts to beginners, prescribed tailored Pilates programmes to individuals, and run small classes at all levels. She has experience in mat-work and reformer exercises, with a particular interest in Pilates for horse riders.
Olivia completed an MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy, so has practiced her Physiotherapy across both people and animals for the last seven years. This has allowed her to enjoy her passion for horses whilst at work. She has previously been involved with many sports, but now focuses on Eventing her horse.
