Lauren Betts-Bucke BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC, Chartered Senior Physiotherapist, Lower Limb & Rheumatology Specialist
Lauren is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2011. With over 13 years of experience in the NHS — most recently in an advanced clinical practitioner role — she has developed specialist expertise in triaging and managing complex spinal and lower limb conditions.
In addition to her NHS work, Lauren has spent 7 years in the private sector, supporting patients through recovery from orthopaedic surgery and sports-related injuries. Her clinical approach is enhanced by postgraduate training in acupuncture, manual therapy, and rheumatology.
Lauren brings a unique perspective to rehabilitation, drawing on her own background as a national-level athlete in both athletics and weightlifting. She is particularly passionate about creative, gym-based rehabilitation and enjoys helping clients return to activity stronger and more confident.
Outside of work, Lauren is most at home in the gym or enjoying the outdoors with her young family.
