activ8rehab in Chertsey, Surrey opened in September 2004. Established by Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Scientist Tom Williams we pride ourselves on providing expert assessment and diagnosis by highly experienced clinicians followed by effective treatment and management . A multidisciplinary team that work closely together with other healthcare professionals including Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons and Doctors to ensure our patients receive the best care.

Pilates is an exercise regimen which focuses upon maintaining an actively strong and stable trunk/ core whilst producing repetitive but gentle movements led by our APPI qualified Physiotherapist.
